She was a volunteer National Disaster Responder with The American Red Cross and responded to Hurricane Katrina.
She’s played poker in WSOP and WPT events, and can often be found at a card table when she’s not writing.
Elizabeth is currently finishing her memoir, Bullet Hole Tattoo, which examines her life through the lens of addiction and generational trauma.
She also bakes a mean pound cake, and is the host of her highly unprofessional YouTube cooking show, #GoodFoodInCrapKitchen.
